Wibu Operating Services generally includes the following:
- Redundant Data Centers: Your service runs across at least two physically separate availability zones. This ensures infrastructure redundancy and reliable failover.
- Backup and Recovery: Wibu-Systems performs daily data backups and retains them for 30 days. In the event of a critical failure, Wibu-Systems restores data according to the RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective) that are guaranteed in your hosting edition.
- Installation Service: Wibu-Systems experts professionally install your service. This includes all necessary configurations, extensions, and custom modifications.
- System Maintenance: Wibu-Systems manages all patching, updates, and upgrades to maintain a modern, high-performance environment. Wibu-Systems also configures redundant systems and provides testing or staging areas to ensure the platform remains fully optimized for your specific needs.
- Availability Monitoring: Wibu-Systems utilizes permanent automatic monitoring alongside a separate alerting and notification system. These components work together to detect issues instantly. Upon notification, the Wibu-Systems team is ready to act immediately to resolve any failures.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): CodeMeter License Central is accessible only via HTTPS. To ensure only permitted users gain access, Wibu-Systems validates logins using client certificates.
