CeBIT 2007: Wibu-Systems announcing
ExpressCard? compliant card module
Wibu-Systems (Hall
7, A35) announced today that the CmCard/E is the new Card
module making the CodeMeter? Digital Rights Management (DRM)
technology now available under the ExpressCard? form factor.
The CodeMeter DRM system is a proven and highly flexible
protection technology for digital products and has been well
adopted by many software vendors since its introduction in
2003.

CodeMeter not cracked at international
Hacker's Contest
Today, the fourth Hacker's hosted by
Wibu-Systems closed. The task was to by-pass of the software
protection solution CodeMeter that was developed by
Wibu-Systems. The competition started on February 1, 0:00 CET
and ended on March 14, 23:59 CET. All in all, 1,092
contestants from 27 countries participated. Most of the
participants were located in Germany, followed by China, the
United States, the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, France, Great
Britain and the Ukraine.

New USB hardware at CeBIT 2007: steel-hard
CodeMeter? Stick with a memory of 2 GByte
There are now
even more varieties of the CodeMeter Stick (CmStick).

CodeMeter? Named a Finalist for SIIA Codie
Awards 2007
The international jury has once again
awarded CodeMeter as one of the top 5 products in the category
“Best Digital Rights Management” for the SIIA Codie Awards
2007. In 2005, it was in the top 5. With the placing as
"Finalist" in 2007, CodeMeter again has received the important
qualification and the chance for being elected as a winner in
this category by the members of the association "Software and
Information Industry Association" (SIIA, http://www.siia.net/). The best products
will be announced during a gala in San Francisco on April 17,
2007. The German Wibu-Systems AG as manufacturer of CodeMeter
