Network functions enlarged: WIBU-KEY is now available for Mac OS X (native) and Linux
The new software version 3.30 expands the network functionality of the copy protection system WIBU-KEY and now offers platform independent support on Windows, Macintosh and Linux. This makes for a very flexible license management system.

WIBU-SYSTEMS with continuous expansion- after successful CeBIT participation an additional increase for 2002 expected
The WIBU-SYSTEMS AG looks retrospectively at a successful financial year 2001 - like 2000. The temporary balance of the WIBU-SYSTEMS AG accounts for an increase in turnover of 35 % compared with 2000. The returns are disproportionately more then double. The export part rose to 52 %. This booming nature of the company is reflected in the number of employees: there are now 23 % more staff compared with 2000. Today 32 employees are employed - including four trainees in new IT professions.

Security proved - Hackers failed to crack Hacker's Contest of WIBU-SYSTEMS
WIBU-SYSTEMS proves the security of WIBU-KEY with the end of the Hacker's Contest on 31-12-2001. In spite of a lengthy competition time of 285 days, WIBU-KEY wasn't cracked.
